The outstanding merging of these two varieties will again impress with its complex and mouth-watering structure. The aromas are of blackberry and plum with distinctive Cabernet herbal overtones. The addition of Shiraz adds succulence to the palate and a satisfyingly full flavour, underpinned with a lingering Cabernet backbone.
