Blue Moon….. so called because we can only get our hands on Viognier once in a blue moon! It is a French white grape variety originating from the Rhone Valley, and the aromatics, flavour and mouthfeel produce a stunning wine. It is fermented in French oak puncheons for 6 weeks and bottled early to retain its lovely textural creaminess on the palate and stone fruit complexity.
