This wine is named after the lone Mango Tree that stands tall outside our cellar door overlooking the Moon Mountain Vineyard. The rich ripe fruit from 2023 resulted in a full-bodied wine layered with complexity and richness. It was fully barrel fermented and after fermentation the lees is stirred regularly, further extracting flavour, aroma and texture. It has an abundance of flavours including hazelnuts, pear, honeycomb and toasted almonds. This wine will certainly reward you with careful cellaring.
