Delivery & Shipping Policy:

Thomas Allen Wines use Australia Post to ship our wines to you, and aim to have your order shipped within three business days of receiving your order.  Please allow 2 – 5 working days for delivery to capital cities and 5 – 10 days for regional areas, however this is just a guide and may arrive quicker than this depending on your location.  Please contact us if you have a specific deadline and we will determine if we can meet this for you.

Australia Post Signature on Delivery service

Australia Post will attempt to get a signature from you should you be home to accept delivery.  However if you are not home, Australia Post will determine if there is a safe place for the parcel to be left (or leave it as per your own instructions, i.e. Please leave at the front door) and take a photo of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely.  If they deem there is no safe place, they will leave a card as they normally do and take the parcel to the nearby Post Office for you to sign for and collect.

If you are happy for Australia Post to leave your parcel in a safe place when nobody is home to sign for them then you don’t need to do a thing.  However, if you have had trouble with deliveries before or do not want them left at your premises, email club1733@thomasallenwines.com.au so we can ensure that Australia Post get a signature every time a delivery is made.

Delivery Costs:

Thomas Allen Wines charge a flat $15 delivery charge per carton throughout Australia and will be added to your order in the checkout.

Thomas Allen Club 1733 Members receive freight free for orders of 6 bottles* or more.

*The Members Reward Vin Extraordinaire cleanskin pack only receives free freight if two or more packs are purchased, or if this purchase is included with six other bottles from the Thomas Allen range.
