Pinot Gris is originally from the Burgundy region of France, and known in Europe as The Grey Monk due tot eh colour of the grape skin and the historical fact that Cisterican Monks spread its plantings throughout Europe in the 1300’s. This 2024 Pinot Gris, comes from Orange in NSW and the cooler climate produces a spicy full bodied wine with a lovely rich textural palate, and hints of peach and melon.
